One of the cornerstones of great customer service at PJ Hummel & Company is our level of communication. Communication is key to producing a successful event. Our world headquarters and design studio in Tacoma, WA has a professional staff ready to take your call or email from 10am-5pm PST on most days of the workweek. Early and late hours are by appointment. The staff of 6 has over 55 years of event expertise combined.

Detailed Written Proposals

The person who prepares your proposal is a trained Event Project Manager that works closely with designer PJ Hummel, CMM on the design of your event. We take the necessary time to understand your needs and the requirements of your project and then provide the details to you in a design proposal. Your proposal, once finalized, will become the living document that is used by the production crew to ensure your event is completed to your satisfaction.

Managed By A Professional

Your Project Manager will oversee the entire project from start to finish. The production team will work directly with your Project Manager, using tools and techniques developed through many years of event experience and expertise to make sure your project progresses smoothly.

Customer Care

We touch base with our clients after each event and send out surveys at the completion of every project requesting feedback about our performance to ensure we are consistently meeting our service goals
