Our company’s strength lies in its unique capability of providing a hybrid of planning and décor services that can be custom packaged to meet your needs. Whether you need specialty décor to enhance your event or full service event planning and management, we can create a combination of services to fit your needs and budget.
A Project Manager (PM) will be put in charge of the event. Your main point of contact, the PM will be responsible for overall management of the process. Before moving forward, an agreement to strategically design will be created and signed, naming PJHC as the accepted planning company. A deposit amount will also be determined based on the scope of work.
Next our team will create an in-depth initial proposal that provides a variety of options based on the goals, objectives, and parameters of the event. This proposal will undergo sometimes substantial changes during the subsequent review process as it passes back and forth between the client and PM to refine the client’s vision and goals before it is finalized with contracts and invoicing.
The PM works as a liaison to the client while our production team assists with organizing the event execution. Constant communication allows clients and PMs to share updated details, desires, and vision. A mixture of conference calls, in person meetings, on site meetings at the venue will be determined to best suit the project needs and timeline.
